Acara Senior Advanced Manufacturing/Production Operator in Canonsburg, Pennsylvania

Acara Solutions is seeking a Senior Advanced Manufacturing/Production Operator for our client in Canonsburg, PA. The Senior Advanced Manufacturing / Production Operator will perform moderately complex project tasks/assignments ranging from repetitive to non-repetitive production assembly operations on electronic or mechanical assemblies and subassemblies such as modules, boards, panels, drawers, frames, and cables. You'll perform fabrication or inspection functions in a research, production, or pre-production environment by building or integrating hardware for prototypes, assemblies, and large complex systems, building RF, multi-function cables and harnesses, and soldering ribbons/strip line skills for RF performance.

Job Requirements

Required Skills / Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED. Minimum of 6 years experience in manufacturing/production.

Preferred Skills / Qualifications: Associate Degree. Certification in Manufacturing. Ability to perform more advanced loading and configuring of customer/standard software on customer devices. Ability to perform more advanced fabrication and marking. Distinct communication and computer skills. Solid knowledge of Statistics and SPC applications. Creative thinking with the ability to multi-task. Commitment to ongoing professional development. Team player who thrives in collaborative environments and revels in team success. Additional Information: Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and a drug screen. Active Secret DoD Clearance.
