The Franchise Finance Intern will work closely with the Inspire Brands Franchise Finance team to support financial analysis, reporting, and strategic decision-making for franchise operations across our portfolio of brands. This role provides an excellent opportunity to develop financial acumen, understand franchise business models, and contribute to impactful projects in a fast-paced corporate environment.

Responsibilities :

• Financial Reporting and Analysis: Assist in preparing financial reports and conducting analyses on franchise performance, profitability, and key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Budgeting and Forecasting: Support the team in creating budgets and forecasts for franchise operations, analyzing variances, and providing actionable insights.

• Franchisee Support: Collaborate with the team to respond to financial inquiries from franchisees and provide guidance on financial planning and management.

• Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends, competitive benchmarks, and market dynamics to support strategic initiatives.

• Data Management: Help maintain and update financial databases, ensuring accuracy and completeness of franchise-related financial information.

Education Qualifications :

Preferred - Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.

Ideal Candidate : The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and eager to learn. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling is preferred, along with strong communication and problem-solving skills. A genuine interest in the franchise business model and the restaurant industry will set you apart.
