Will transport Medicaid/Medicare patient to medical facilities in Madison County and the surroundings counties. Must be available from 5AM-6PM M-F and some weekends. Work starts when the van is picked up at the location in city of Canton. Must have current driver licenses. Must have good driving record in the last 5 years. Must be able to pass background, drug and finger print screening. Must be 25 years of age or older.
