Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for an Accounting Clerk in Canton, Ohio. The role is within the accounting industry and involves key responsibilities such as processing payments, invoicing, and assisting with various projects. Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update accounts with precision

• Process monthly utility payments promptly and accurately

• Generate invoices for utility reimbursement

• Provide support on other projects and processes as needed

• Produce monthly reports, account reconciliation and analysis

• Ensure adherence to company's policies and procedures

• Utilize software such as QuickBooks, Oracle, and SAP for data entry and invoice processing

• Manage accounts payable and receivable as well as account reconciliation

• Use Microsoft Excel for data management and billing tasks

• Operate Yardi software for property management and accounting tasks. Requirements • Proficiency in Account Reconciliation

• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Familiarity with Billing systems

• Proficient in Data Entry tasks

• Experience in Invoice Processing

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

• Experience with Oracle software

• Proficiency in QuickBooks

• Familiarity with SAP software

• Experience with Yardi software

• Knowledge of general accounting principles

• Strong organizational skills

• Attention to detail

• Excellent communication skills

• Ability to work in a team environment

• Ability to handle confidential information responsibly

• Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
