Description

Experience configuring, deploying and troubleshooting devices with windows 7 and 10; firm knowledge of active directory and group policies; MS office suite experience. Knowledge of solid troubleshooting skills with various security tools such as antivirus, crowd strike, stealth bits and encase. Knowledge of business hardware/ software troubleshooting. Firm understanding of computer imaging process and the processes used to deploy computers including joining to domains. Positive attitude and flexibility to work off hours, if needed. Strong communication skills and self-starter. Works well on large projects as part of a team and independently. Comfortable working in clinical areas and in large enterprise hospital environments.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00
