Job Summary:

Join our team as a Residential Registered Nurse (RN) and make a difference in the lives of individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD). As a Residential RN, you will be responsible for monitoring the safety and well-being of our clients in our residential services program. You will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team and make a positive impact on the lives of others. We are looking for a compassionate and skilled RN who is committed to providing high-quality care and support to our clients.

As a Residential RN, you will be responsible for conducting monthly head-to-toe assessments, maintaining communication with agency management and the client's support team, and ensuring that the needs of our clients are met. You will also have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge through ongoing training and education.

Key Responsibilities:

· Conduct and document monthly head-to-toe assessments of each residential client· Maintain communication with agency management and the client's support team· Ensure needs for team member supervision/delegation or specialized instruction are conducted and documented· Complete monthly service logs, annual authorized units, and Residential RN Orientation Training· Conduct Abnormal Involuntary Movement Scale (AIMS) assessments and provide Level 1 Med Aide training as assigned· Assist Regional Director in responding to HIPS Reviews, Mortality Reviews, and other Nursing Reviews· Adhere to the System's Policy and Procedures and act as an advocate for persons served

Education and/or Experience Qualifications:

· Current Registered Nurse licensed in the state of practice· Must be willing to become licensed in additional states· Must be willing and comfortable with providing telehealth services

Required License/Certification:

· Current Registered Nurse license in the state of practice· Current certification in CPR and First Aid

Additional Qualifications:

· Must be at least 18 years old· Must have a valid driver's license, acceptable driving record, and current auto insurance· Must have and maintain current Missouri license as RN and maintain good standing

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

· Ability to operate calmly in a crisis· Good verbal and written communication skills· Maintain a positive attitude when working with others
