Aerotek Maintenance Supervisor in Carlisle, Pennsylvania

Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor

Job Description

  • Oversee the maintenance of all operating equipment and facility systems. Supervisors serve as direct points of contact and leaders for all technicians within their shift. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with all tasks, leadership responsibilities, and able to communicate effectively with operation management. Enforce proper turn time of preventive maintenance schedules. Ensure timely response to critical equipment downtime issues in the distribution center. Train and develop maintenance personnel; ensure that skill sets meet minimum job requirements.

  • Utilize the Computer Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to its full capability. Coordinate with outside vendors on all construction projects related to the facility, property, and equipment.

  • Validate quality work and ensure compliance with all safety standards.

  • Oversee the required back stock of maintenance spare parts and supplies while minimizing inventory levels through strong supplier partnerships.

  • Ensure contractual compliance, including landscape, mat rental, pest control, snow removal, waste management, and fire system maintenance accounts.

  • Maintain an active partnership with the safety committee to ensure strong alliance regarding all safety issues on the property.

  • Position offers a pay range of $80,000-$90,000, with a 2nd Shift schedule from Monday to Friday, 3:00pm-12:00am.

  • All tools and PPE will be provided.
