Stock and Delivery Coordinator needed for HVAC company.  Will be responsible to ensure that necessary and appropriate materials, tools and supplies are available and in place for efficient workflow of both the Industrial and Service field operations.

Job duties include but are not limited to: taking phone orders from field personnel and complete proper paperwork.  Pull materials and tools from associated paperwork.  Coordinate pick-up's and deliveries.  Check in Purchase Orders.  Manage sign-out and returns of tools.  Unloading of trucks.  Maintain tools.  Responsible to maintain appropriate inventory levels and handle requests. 

PA diver's license required.  High School Diploma or GED certification required.
