Montecatini is located in the beautiful Carlsbad, California, is known as a pioneer in the treatment of eating disorders. Established in 1991, Montecatini's fourresidences offer a home-like setting for residential treatment, and our day and intensive outpatient treatment is located a short drive away, conveniently located near I-5 for easy access. At all our levels of care, we strive to provide a warm and inviting atmosphere through scenic and peaceful surroundings that enhances our individualized treatment programming.
We are currently looking for a Full Time Licensed Clinical Therapist to join our team. Working Tuesday through Saturday.
Job Responsibilities:
Ensure mental health treatment services are provided in a way that maximizes client independence and family empowerment
Carry a caseload of patients where you provide individual, couples and family counseling services as clinically indicated to assist individuals in achieving more effective personal, social, educational, and vocational development and adjustment
Run therapeutic groups that could include DBT, CBT, Relapse Prevention, Body Image, Self-Esteem, Interpersonal Process Groups, etc.
Participate in weekly multidisciplinary treatment team meetings, timely completion of all required documentation, and case management as necessary.
Requirements: Some experience working with Eating Disorders and or Substance Abuse preferred
Academic: Master's degree from accredited school in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or relative field.
License: Associate Licensed in the State of CA as a ASW, AMFT, or APCC
Work Environment: Thrive in a fast paced, ever-evolving, and growing company, that requires excellent communication skills, organization, flexibility, strong work ethic, and boundaries.
Other: Experience working with veterans and/or PTSD not required but a plus.

Compensation for roles at Montecatini varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Montecatini provides a reasonable hourly range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California as set forth below.Role Location: California
