Fluidra ’s looking for a Contract Sales Support Associate to join our team onsite in Carlsbad, CA.

WHAT YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE

The Contract Sales Support Associate will play a support role in the Fluidra sales enablement process. The position is responsible for inputting, updating and maintaining data within company databases. A successful candidate will have superior attention to detail, organization and time management skills to provide accurate and timely data entry services to the sales team. Additionally, you will:

• Support sales team with new customer account set-up

• Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness

• Liaise with sales representatives as needed to obtain outstanding information to complete the account set up process

• Handle confidential customer information with discretion and security

• Obtain new account #s from internal teams and complete loyalty program opt-ins

• Coordinate with inside sales for next steps related to account onboarding and/or updating CRM Leads

• Provide additional support for account creation associated needs

  Account Updates:

• Document all sales activities and customer interactions within CRM system to ensure accurate and consistent records

• Ensure the integrity and consistency of data within internal systems such as Oracle and Fluidra Pro website

• Conduct system audits to ensure data is consistent across systems, report on inconsistencies and make updates as needed

• Provide additional ad-hoc administrative support to Inside sales and Field sales teams as needed

  WHAT WE SEEK

• 1+ years of experience in a data entry or administrative support role

• Experience in a field sales environment, a plus

• Excellent time management, organization, attention to detail and communication skills

• Adaptability and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

• Must have a positive and professional attitude and be an enthusiastic team player

• Proficiency with MS Office Suite and CRM software including Salesforce

  EDUCATION

  Highschool diploma or equivalent

  Expected hourly rate range is $ 22.00 – 24.00 . Fluidra offers a comprehensive total rewards / benefits program that includes base salary, annual bonus based on performance of individual and company objectives, competitive 401K matching, paid vacation and sick time, full range of health benefits, educational assistance, etc. The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including skills, qualifications, experience and location.
