We are seeking a dynamic Financial Analyst to join our technology team in Carlsbad, CA. The role involves providing critical financial insight to guide business decisions, improve efficiency, and drive growth.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze financial data and create financial models for decision support.

• Provide analysis of trends and forecasts and recommend actions for optimization.

• Identify and drive process improvements, including the creation of standard and ad-hoc reports, tools, and Excel dashboards.

• Monitor variances, identify trends, and recommend actions to management.

• Assist with budgeting and quarterly forecasting.

  Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics; MBA is a plus.

• Proven work experience as a Financial Analyst.

• Strong proficiency in Excel and financial modeling techniques.

• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and business intuition.

• Excellent presentation, reporting, and communication skills.
