A leading hotel in Carlsbad is looking for a friendly and diligent Overnight Front Desk Coordinator. The working hours for this position will be from 11 PM - 7 AM. The ideal candidate should have great customer service skills and a knack for handling various tasks, including checking guests in and out, resolving guest issues, and maintaining an inviting and organized front desk.

Responsibilities Include:

• Guest Services: Check-in/check-out hotel guests courteously and efficiently.

• Communication: Maintain effective communication with all related departments to ensure smooth service delivery.

• Customer Assistance: Assist guests with their questions, concerns, and requests related to their stay.

• Capacity Management: Manage room bookings and monitor room availability, utilizing hotel room reservation software.

  Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in Hospitality are a plus.

• Prior experience working in a hotel or similar hospitality setting.

• Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
