An exciting opportunity has arisen for an outgoing and organized Front Desk Receptionist for one of our clients in Carlsbad, CA. This position involves welcoming guests, managing reservations, and providing exemplary customer service to ensure a remarkable guest experience.

Responsibilities:

• Register guests, manage reservations and provide information about rooms, rates, and amenities.

• Answer phones and direct calls to appropriate personnel.

• Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely and courteous manner.

• Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable.

• Collaborate with hotel staff to ensure rooms are ready for guests and any special needs are accommodated.

  Requirements

• Proven experience as a receptionist, preferably in hospitality.

• Solid understanding of the hospitality industry and operational best practices.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency with hotel reservation software.

• High school diploma; certification in hospitality is a plus.
