A prominent tech company in North County San Diego is looking for an experienced Human Resources Generalist to join its dynamic team. As an HR Generalist, you will be performing various duties that ensure effective and efficient operations in the HR Department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee recruitment efforts and conduct interviews.

• Administer compensation and benefit plans.

• Handle workplace disputes and investigate complaints.

• Promote employee morale and professional development.

• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal labor laws.

  Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

• Extensive knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
