The Harry Potter Warehouse in Carlstadt, NJ is hiring!

We are hosting a two-day hiring event for holiday seasonal Warehouse Associate’s at the Harry Potter Warehouse on Tuesday, September 17th from 12pm-4pm and Wednesday, September 18th from 9am-1pm.

Event Location : The Harry Potter Warehouse at 340 Washington Ave., Carlstadt, NJ 07072

When:

Tuesday, September 17th from 12pm-4pm

Wednesday, September 18th from 9am-1pm

We are hiring holiday seasonal Warehouse Associate’s (full-time and part-time available).

What to expect:

  • Please park in the parking lot and enter in front of the building. The building itself will have the address number 340 located above the entrance. Upon entering the building, walk straight to security to check in.

  • Upon arrival you will fill out a check-in sheet.

  • After check-in, a Manager will interview with you.

  • After your interview, you will be escorted back to the check-in area and be provided with instructions on what to expect next.

  • Estimated Interview Duration: 20 minutes

What to bring:

  • Government ID

Requirements:

  • Must have working knowledge of English

  • Must be eligible to legally work in the United States

  • Ability to work weekends, holidays, early mornings, evenings, and varying shifts.

  • Experience of working in a warehouse (or similar) operation preferred

Start Date Options: October 21 or October 28

End Date : December 20

Job Responsibilities

  • Accept, check, and receive incoming orders from suppliers into our warehouse. This includes ensuring records are accurate and correct.

  • Put away orders into racking in a safe and efficient way.

  • Accurately pick orders for stores and ecommerce operation.

  • Prepare and dispatch replenishment orders.

  • Report any discrepancies in stock levels to the Warehouse Management team and support and assist on all inventory counts.

  • Adhere to all H&S policies and procedures to ensure a safe environment for all visitors and staff.

In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery’s total compensation package for employees. Pay Rate: $18 per hour . Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros. Discovery provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and paid time off (PTO).
