Job Description

Responsibilities include all accounts receivable related functions, including keeping track of assigned accounts to identify outstanding debts; planning course of action to recover outstanding payments; heavy phone activity with customers; locating and contacting debtors regarding payment status; negotiating payoff deadlines or payment plans; handling questions or complaints; investigating and resolving discrepancies; establishing good relationships with customers; updating account status and database regularly; alerting supervisors of customers unwilling or unable to pay outstanding amounts; complying with requirements when legal action is unavoidable.

Skills and Requirements

1-5 yrs of experience in a customer service role/call center type of position (met some kind of metric ie. 50 calls/emails a day)

 Great communication/personality (this is an entry level role and they want people who want to grow with the company)

 Not job/contract hoppy

 Basic Excel Skills Plusses:

 Collections experience

 SAP

 Accounts Receivable Experience

 Any Business-to-Business work experience null
