About The Position?

We are currentlyseekinga Lead Product SupportEngineerto join our team in Indianapolis, IN.This position will challenge you to learn our software and its capabilities andassistour customers with their technical initiatives.The Lead Product Support Engineer will overseethe technical implementation ofoursoftware from contract signingto go-live,while alsoserving as a continual resource throughout the client relationshiplifecycle. This role willdirectlyengagewith clients,managea small team of Implementation Engineers, mentor junior engineers, andmaintaina comprehensiveoverview of the state of Implementation for all clients.Collaboration with otherdepartments to coordinate product release and upgradeswill be a key responsibility in this role.?

This roleis required tobe on-site at our Carmel, IN Headquarters. Clinical Architecture offers ample flexibility to accommodate healthy work-life balance.?

Responsibilities

  • Manage client implementations directly and assign Implementation Engineering resources to clients?as needed.
  • Create and manage documentation on implementation status, architecture, and use cases for technical client support.
  • Coordinate the activities of Implementation Engineers.
  • Troubleshoot customer issues related to software deployment and hosting environments.
  • Provide implementation guidance to customers in support of Clinical Architecture APIs.
  • Ensure a positive customer experience by delivering great service and engaging with customers throughout the business relationship.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of technical implementation support experience.?
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • 5+ years overall technology background.
  • Programming experience (C#, Java, Python, or equivalent).?
  • Proficiency in relational databases and some proficiency in SQL.?
  • Experience with Microsoft SQL Server and Windows Server.?
  • Familiarity with cloud hosting.
  • Strong communication, both verbally and written.?
  • Self-starter capable of working independently but also enjoys a team atmosphere.?
