Robert Half has a progressive company looking to hire a highly-skilled and organized Office Assistant to provide support with various administrative duties. The Office Assistant is a long-term contract / temporary to hire opportunity and is located in the Carmel, Indiana area.

• Route calls appropriately

• Submit data accurately

• Maintain office facilities

• Ordering supplies and keeping conference room and café fully stocked and well maintained

  Requirements

• Eagerness to take on anything from small internal administrative tasks to high profile requests

• Capacity to assess process and internal control weaknesses and identify improvements

• Accomplishes tasks independently

• Comprehensive knowledge of Phone Coverage

• Restocking experience

• Proficiency in Deliver Mail

• Ability to multitask and communicate well with individuals of all backgrounds

• Ability to operate basic office equipment, complete general office work and route incoming materials
