JOB SUMMARY: The Staff Speech & Language Pathologist evaluates and treats patients referred to the Rehabilitation Department. The Speech Pathologistis responsible for adhering to the mission and values of Health-Quest and Putnam Hospital Center while interacting with people of all ages. .

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Education: Graduate of a professional Speech & Language Pathology curriculum accredited by the American Speech & Hearing Association.

Licensure/Registration/Certification: Licensed and currently Registered in the State of New York.

Work Experience: Minimum of 1 year experience for Outpatient and Inpatient Departments; new graduates with relevant clinical affiliations will be considered.

Physical & Other Factors: Sufficient strength, endurance and flexibility to complete daily assignments. Exhibits ability and desire to supervise and delegate to other staff members
