Responsible for receiving inspection, scan and balance resources based on department priorities following all EHS guidelines and regulations. Reconcile daily receiving containers to ensure accuracy and inventory control. This role is 100% onsite.

How You'll Create Possibilities

  • Responsible for overseeing daily receiving operation to ensure department workflow.

  • Accountable for inventory accuracy of all receiving transactions. Ensure to meet receiving inspections, scanning of merchandise, sign receiving documents and provide them to Logistics Analyst daily.

  • Serves as a facilitator for all daily activities aligning priorities to meet receiving plan as scheduled by Logistics Analyst.

  • Perform all related C-TPAT/FTZ tasks to comply with all regulations.

  • Execute analysis and reconciliation of scan report vs. receiving documents.

  • Assign receiving status in the loading live tool.

  • Assure forklifts operators place merchandise in the assigned area.

  • Perform forklift and other warehouse activities when required.

  • Ensures company policies and all safety regulations are met.

  • Work in conjunction with Logistics Analyst to receive IRS personnel for container and merchandise inspection.

  • Five years’ experience in warehouse/receiving operation

  • Experience to deal with Customers and Consumers

  • 3 years’ forklift experience required

  • Two Years College or associate degree preferable

  • Ability to perform essential functions of the position, with or without an accommodation, including, but not limited to: Constant standing and walking; frequent reaching at shoulder level, reaching at waist level, pushing/pulling, grasping, pinching, and driving (forklift vehicle, other). Occasional sitting, reaching overhead, reaching at knee and floor level, bending, stooping, squatting, crouching, kneeling, climbing stairs/ladders, pivoting, twisting, and fine motor dexterity. Handling and lifting parts and/or equipment – minimum of lifting/carrying 55 lbs. and pushing/pulling 62 lbf. is required.
