Fedcap Business Operations Coordinator in Carrollton, Texas

We are immediately hiring in Carrollton, Texas! Join us at Easterseals Lonestar for an exciting career as a Business Operations Coordinator.

Position Overview: Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Business Operations Coordinator plays a pivotal role in the clinical and business operations for Easterseals Lonestar. A successful candidate should be very attentive to detail٫ have strong math skills, and be able to work on multiple tasks efficiently. We also expect you to be trustworthy and possess excellent communication skills.

Primary Activities:

  • General Accounting

  • Assist with entering accounts payable vouchers/invoices, process checks as needed.

  • Mail, file, and scan vendor invoices.

  • Prepare daily deposits, apply customer payments, process customer invoices.

  • Data entry. Collect, compile, file, and scan paperwork and documents.

  • Support accounting team to ensure deadlines are met.

  • Reporting:

  • Assist with preparing regular accounting and financial reports.

  • Assist with preparing reports for funders.

  • Assist with preparing internal reports to highlight outcomes and performance metrics.

  • Salesforce Administration:

  • Upload all Business Development opportunities into Salesforce.

  • Ensure information in Salesforce is current, accurate, and fully reflective of opportunities for agency.

  • Administrative Support:

  • Answer phones, greet clients and visitors, and serve as primary point person for 3rd party vendors.

  • Assist with obtaining orders for treatment, verifying insurance, and uploading documentation into the electronic medical record.

  • Order office supplies.

  • Provide support to personnel as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field, or equivalent work experience required.

  • Experience: Minimum of 1 - 2 years of professional experience a must. Experience in accounting, reconciliations, accounts receivable and payable functions.

  • Skills:

  • Candidate should be proficient in computers, accounting software, spreadsheets, and standard office applications (specifically Microsoft Office Suite).

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.

  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with a keen attention to detail.

  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

  • Understanding of trauma-informed care principles and person-centered approaches.

  • Working vehicle and will be in-office daily (Monday-Friday) at 4443 N. Josey Lane, Ste. 100, Carrollton TX 75010.

  • Preferred skills: experience with Salesforce; experience with Raintree or another EMR system; English-Spanish bilingual communication skills.
