Summary: The Retail Operations Manager, reporting directly to the General Manager of Retail, holds duties related to day to day operations and client/vendor relations. The ideal candidate will be an experienced retail operations leader who is has excellent communication and organization skills; ability to multi-task, strong team leadership, and provides a superior retail experience for our guests.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Has strong attention to detail

  • Holds team accountable to ensure high standards are always maintained

  • Ensures high standards of merchandising at all retail areas

  • Builds and maintains strong relationships with clients, guests, vendors, and Levy team members

  • Identifies and implements plans for continual operational improvement

  • Assists customers as needed – always set an example for team members

  • Responds and assists in any guest service issues

  • Assists with purchasing for all stadium merchandise with special attention to inventory levels and demand

  • Works closely with Warehouse Supervisor to uphold inventory integrity via monthly cycle counts and receiving logs

  • Receives orders and check to ensure accuracy

  • Oversees the rotation of merchandise for different event types to optimize revenue

  • Plans and manages special event setups and tear downs

  • Thoroughly and accurately uses applicable Levy systems (Retail Cloud)

  • Ensures that all security, safety and sanitation standards are achieved

  • Executes reporting in a timely manner

  • Other duties as assigned by the General Manager of Retail

    Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years’ experience in a retail, hospitality, or related field

  • Able to communicate effectively with management team, customers, and team members

  • Able to keep clients abreast of all retail related initiatives/concerns

  • High level of computer literacy, especially in Excel

  • Passion for retail and/or sports

Job Summary:

Working as a Food Service Manager, you are responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations for a corporate dining account. You will manage and lead a team of associates. You will be responsible for managing client relations, along with ensuring that the food offered to the customers is of superior quality. Additionally, you will be responsible for the following:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for operation of the corporate cafeteria in accordance with the approved budget while providing the Client with the maximum value for the dollars spent

  • Ensures that the food offered to the client, customers, and employees of the operation is of superior quality

  • Maintains excellent relationships with employees, guests and Client as well as other departments within the operation

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Minimum of Associate's Degree preferred

  • Two to four years fine dining restaurant management experience is required

  • Comprehensive food and wine knowledge. Applicant should be well versed on food and wine pairings

  • Requires operations management experience with purchasing knowledge

  • Excellent communication and computer skills are needed, including knowledge of MS Office products

  • ServSafe Certified preferred
