POSITION SUMMARY

The employee in this position is responsible for providing superior service to both internal and external guests. All employees are required to practice the customer courtesy skills to ensure our guests are afforded a remarkable experience. The revenue auditor is responsible for compiling and auditing revenue records, control documents and preparing reports for all areas of casino operations. This position is responsible for auditing all areas of casino operation and preparing exception reports for all errors.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

``` 3. Responsible for auditing paperwork of previous days activities in various areas of casino operations.

``` 4. Responsible for completing reports associated with the daily audits.

``` 5. Responsible for verifying toke counts.

``` 6. Responsible for preparing exception reports for all errors discovered in audit.

``` 7. Ensures safety and security of employees and customer financial information.

``` 8. Completes all company-required training within designated time frames.

WORKING CONDITIONS/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Ability to use all equipment associated with the position, including, but not limited to, computer keyboard, 10-key calculator, and telephone.
  • Ability to multi-task.
  • Ability to read, write, and understand complex instructions and communicate them to subordinates in a way that can be easily interpreted.
  • Ability to complete tasks in an interruptive environment under time pressures.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with guests and all levels of employees.
  • Ability to sit for 90%, walk for 10% of the day, and occasionally lift up to 25 lbs.
  • Repetitive keyboarding.
  • Ability to work in a brightly lit, smoke filled casino environment with above average noise levels.
  • Availability to work 24-hours hours a day, 7 days a week, varied work schedules, weekends, and holidays.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain Valid MGC Level 2 Gaming license.
  • Must be able to receive and maintain all required certification.
  • Must demonstrate knowledge of applicable internal contracts, policies and procedures of required audits.
  • Must possess the ability to perform duties under frequent time pressures.
  • Must have the ability to read, write and understand simple instructions and memos.
  • Must complete all required company training.
