POSITION: Slot Technician 1 GAMING LICENSE: MGC Level II *PROPERTY: Caruthersville DEPARTMENT: Slots Technical *REPORTS TO: Slot Technical Supervisor *POSITION SUMMARY The employee in this position is responsible for providing superior service to both internal and external guests. All employees are required to practice the customer courtesy skills of See.Say.Smile to ensure our guests are afforded a remarkable experience. The Technician is responsible to repair, maintain and participate in the movement of any slot related equipment. JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES The following statements are intended as general examples of the duties of this position and are not all-inclusive for specific positions.   1. Interact with all guests and employees to positively affect interactions with guests and employees, and demonstrate resiliency to deal with difficult guests in all types of business conditions. Work effectively and courteously with fellow employees.

``` 3. Responsible for developing and maintaining positive guest relations and ensure the safety and security of all guests.

``` 4. Responsible for repairing and maintaining all slot-related equipment on the casino floor and tech shop.

``` 5. Participate in the installation, movement and removal of slot-related equipment.

``` 6. Responsible for performing diagnostic and history investigations on slot-related equipment.

``` 7. Participate in the installation of slot-related locks.

``` 8. Responsible for running system reports for slot-related equipment.

``` 9. Responsible for maintaining system equipment in slot-related equipment to maintain proper communications with the system.

``` 10. Accurately maintain proper gaming logs in order to comply with the State and internal regulations. 11. Handles guest relations and minor guest disputes.

``` 12. Creating a clean, safe, friendly and fun atmosphere for both internal and external guests.

``` 13. Performs other duties as assigned.

``` 14. Completing all company-required training within designated time frames.

*WORKING CONDITIONS/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS *

Ability to use all equipment associated with the position, including, but not limited to the use of hand tools, oscilloscope, volt/OHM meter, peripheral testing equipment, personal protection equipment and game simulators.

Ability to use Hand-held radios/headsets.

Ability to write technical statements.

Ability to read simple instructions and schematics.

Ability to do some troubleshooting and work on computers.

Ability to complete slot-related paperwork with minimal errors.

Knowledge of Gaming laws and regulations.

Knowledge of all special events and promotional activities.

Good communication skills.

Ability to accurately perform assigned duties under frequent time pressures and an interruptive environment.

Must possess the ability to move effectively and efficiently throughout the slot floor
