POSITION SUMMARY

The employee in this position is responsible for providing superior service to both internal and external guests. All employees are required to practice the customer courtesy skills of See.Say.Smile to ensure our guests are afforded a remarkable experience. Safely prepare food and attractively present food items, following menu standards for service to guests in outlet assigned.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

``` 2. Interact with all guests and employees to positively affect interactions with guests and employees, and demonstrate resiliency to deal with difficult guests in all types of business conditions. Work effectively and courteously with fellow employees.

``` 3. Preparing food items according to the standards of the outlet. All items should be prepared with the goal of serving foods of quality and value to our guests.Established recipes are to be followed and used without fail.

``` 4. Prepare items according to production levels while maintaining and controlling costs on a daily basis reflective of business levels.

``` 5. Assists management with implementation and execution of sanitation laws, health regulations and applicable OSHA regulations members to meet or exceed all sanitation and nutrition practices.

``` 6. Verifies that all portion sizes, quality standards, department rules, policies, and procedures are maintained.

``` 7. Completes all company-required training within designated time frames

``` 8. Performs other duties as assigned.

WORKING CONDITIONS/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Ability to use all equipment associated with the position, including, but not limited to small wares, kitchen equipment and cleaning equipment
  • Ability to handle and count funds correctly and accurately.
  • Ability to learn and operate MICROS and efficiently run cash register.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with guests and all levels of employees through oral reporting.
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs; stand for long periods of time.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret complex problems, perform duties under pressure and in an interruptive environment.
  • Ability to work in all temperatures, a brightly lit, smoke filled environment with above average noise levels.
  • Ability to perform duties in a kitchen environment.
  • Availability to varied work schedules, weekends, and holidays.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
  • Sound technical understanding of manuals, policies, and procedures.
  • Experience in the culinary field as well as with cash register use is not required, but preferred..
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain Valid Gaming license.
  • Must be able to receive and maintain all required certification.
  • Must complete all required company training.
