EXPERIENCED TELEMEDICINE FAMILY NURSE PRACTITIONER

As Banner Health continues to grow, we are adding a dynamic telehealth Family Nurse Practitioner to join our established practicein thepeaceful, growing town of Casa Grande! Just a block from the Banner Casa Grande Medical Center and hospital, this clinic provides care to a diverse populationof all ages, managing chronic conditions and wellness with a caring team of physicians and providers.

Some Details About the Position:

• Must be in clinic to start

• Flexible scheduling: 4x10s or 5x8s shifts

• Medical Assistants,Front Office, and leadership support

• Support of an integrated system including specialists, urgent care, and more!

Essential Functions and Requirements:

• Provide comprehensive, high-quality care and support to established patients via tele visits

• A portion of time will be of support of inbox management for your team members

• DEAwith prescriptive authority required

• FNP designation with AZ license eligibility

• Minimum (1) year of clinical experience as an APP in a primary care setting

• Patient-focused, friendly and willing to collaborate in a team environment
