Job Title: General Production Worker

Job Description

We are looking for product inspector finishers for our Cascade business unit. We have an urgent customer order from Honeywell, which is driving our current hiring needs. This is a temporary position for 6-8 weeks with the potential for permanent hire based on good attendance and trainability. Candidates will be assembling and inspecting portable plastic eyewash cleaners as they come off the rotational molds. Tasks include cutting excess trim from plastic molds, using handheld routers to cut eyewash containers to specifications, inserting small components, finishing touches, and drilling holes. Training will be provided for those unfamiliar with handheld routers.

This is a fully on-site position in Cascade, Iowa.

Work Environment

Non-climate controlled production facility. Shifts are 7am - 3pm, 3pm - 11pm, and 11pm - 7am. Dress code allows shorts and short sleeve shirts, with closed-toe shoes required. The team is tight-knit, with 12-15 members per shift including managers.
