Job Title: Support Receptionist

Location: Casper

About Us: Manpower is seeking a motivated and friendly individual to join our client’s team as a receptionist.

Job Summary: The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and employees. This role involves managing the front desk, handling phone calls, scheduling appointments, and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will be organized, professional, and able to multitask effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors and clients in a warm and professional manner.

  • Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate personnel.

  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.

  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.

  • Provide information about the company and its services as needed.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications as an administrative assistant or receptionist are a plus, but willing to train the right person.

  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiar with office equipment (e.g., printers, fax machines).

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
