Description

A manufacturing company located in the Castro Valley, CA area that is actively seeking an Accounts Receivable Clerk for an immediate opening. The Accounts Receivable Clerk will be responsible for processing payments, invoicing, cash applications and collections.

The Accounts Receivable Clerk will perform the following:

• Processing payments

• Invoicing

• Collections

• Issue aging reports

• Maintain accounting records

• Assist in accounts payable

• Assist in month end close

  Requirements

Qualifications:

2+ years experience

Experience in a manufacturing environment

Strong Excel and ERP experience

Ability to multi task
