Job Title: TIG Welder - Day and Night Shift

Job Description

We are seeking skilled TIG Welders for the night shift to join our team. As a leader in the design and manufacturing of shell and tube heat exchangers and cooling units, we value precision and quality in welding. The ideal candidate will have experience with TIG welding and preferably header welding. Structural welding candidates will not be considered. This is a night shift position, running from 6:00pm to 6:00am, Monday through Friday, with mandatory Saturdays.

Responsibilities

  • Perform TIG welding with a focus on quality and precision.

  • Pass a 2G TIG Root Flux Core Fill & Cap test.

  • Read and interpret prints for required specifications and dimensions.

  • Execute welding tasks efficiently within the given hours.

  • Maintain less than a 5% X-Ray repair rate and efficiently fix X-Ray and UT repairs..

Essential Skills

  • Proficient in TIG welding.

  • Experience with header welding (preferred).

  • Ability to read and interpret prints for specifications and dimensions.

  • Self-motivated and highly productive with minimal supervision.

  • Team player with strong collaboration skills.

  • Punctual, dependable, and willing to work flexible hours.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00
