Part-time (15-20 hrs weekly) maintenance position.  Responsible for assisting the maintenance department to ensure that vacant apartments are repaired and ready to rent quickly.    General maintenance duties include:

• Maintaining grounds, mowing, trimming
• Repairing sprinklers and seasonal shut down
• Cleaning up grounds removing trash
• Complete online training and conduct HUD inspections
• Willing to respond to emergency and after hour calls
• Willing to serve landlord notices
• Seasonal snow removal / salt
• Other duties as assigned
• Track repairs and expenses on excel spreadsheets 
• Draft tenant notices and short letters

• Have valid Utah Drivers License and be insurable
