Responsibilities as an Executive Assistant:
• Facilitate efficient scheduling by managing executive's calendar, arranging appointments, meetings, and conferences
• Handle all incoming and outgoing communications, including but not limited to emails, faxes, and mail
• Draft and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents as required
• Conduct preparatory research and compile materials for meetings and conference calls
• Record meeting minutes and follow through on action points to ensure completion
• Manage invoice processing, expense reports, and budget reports to ensure financial accuracy
• Provide general administrative support including confidential document handling, file maintenance, and supply inventory management
• Assist in coordinating and executing special projects to ensure they are completed in a timely manner
• Work closely with other teams to ensure effective and seamless communication across the organization
• Act as a liaison between the executive and internal/external clients, handling queries and issues as they arise.
Requirements
Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or related field
Prior executive assistant experience or similar administrative experience
Demonstrated skills in calendar management
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Experience in organizing and conducting conference calls
Ability to handle correspondence efficiently
Familiarity with expense reimbursements and reporting
Proficiency in preparing expense reports
Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office Suites
Experience in arranging executive meetings and presentations
