Front Desk Coordinator

Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Front Desk Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will excel in administrative tasks and be proficient in utilizing Microsoft Office applications. This role involves greeting customers, handling inquiries, and providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our front desk.

Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Duties: Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, scanning documents, and maintaining records. Utilize Microsoft Office applications, such as Word, Excel, and Outlook, to create and manage documents, spreadsheets, and emails.

  • Customer Greeting: Welcome customers and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor. Provide assistance and information as needed, directing them to the appropriate department or individual.

  • Phone and Email Communication: Handle incoming calls and emails, responding to inquiries and routing messages to the appropriate recipients. Maintain a courteous and helpful attitude to ensure excellent customer service.

  • Appointment Scheduling: Assist in scheduling appointments and meetings, coordinating with staff and clients to find suitable time slots. Update calendars and ensure accurate appointment records.

  • Office Organization: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area. Monitor and replenish office supplies as needed to support daily operations.

    Requirements

Qualifications For Front Desk Coordinator:

  • Administrative Skills: Proficiency in administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and record keeping. Comfortable utilizing Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.

  • Customer Service: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused attitude. Ability to greet customers warmly and provide assistance in a professional manner.

  • Organization: Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. Attention to detail is essential for maintaining accurate records and schedules.

  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute to a positive work environment. Willingness to assist others and adapt to changing priorities as needed.
