Mariani Enterprises, LLC, Centennial, CO. Daily transportation provided from a central location to and from worksites or employee may report directly to worksite in the following counties: Denver, Jefferson, Douglas, Adams, Arapahoe, Broomfield, Elbert, El Paso. 142 Landscape Laborer positions available. Temporary, full time position from 03/01/2025 through 11/30/2025, 7:00 AM -5:00 PM, 40 hrs/week, overtime varies, Monday-Friday, some Saturdays and Sundays may be required as needed, schedule varies, start/end times vary. Workers will be paid Weekly at $21.35-$30.00/hr, $32.03-$45.00/hr OT, Raises and bonuses at employer's discretion. Opportunity for higher pay depending on experience. Follow the instructions of the foreman for proper care and installation of landscapes, gardens, ponds, drainage, sprinkler systems and planters using hand or power tools and landscape equipment. Task may include any combination of the following: rake, water, fertilize, pull weeds, trim bushes, remove/install sod, edge lawns, plants trees, bushes, flowers, mow/edge lawns, load/unload various landscape materials and supplies. May shovel snow. May operate company vehicles (vans, trucks and SUVs) that are under 10,000 GVW. Drug testing during employment for cause; Post-Accident Drug Testing. All drug testing is performed without regard to an employee's citizenship or immigration status, and all testing is paid for by the company. Able to lift 50lbs. No experience required, will train. Employer may make payroll deductions at employee's request. Employer facilitates corresponding deductions for available health benefits. A single workweek will be used to compute wages due. All deductions from the worker's paycheck required by law will be made. The employer will provide workers at no charge all tools, supplies and equipment required to perform the job. If the worker completes 50 percent of the work contract period, employer will arrange and pay directly; reimburse the worker for initial transportation and subsistence costs from the place of recruitment to the place of employment for those traveling from such a distance they are not reasonably able to return to their residence each day. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, employer will provide or pay for worker's reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of $15.88 per day during travel to a maximum of $59.00 per day with receipts. H2B workers will be reimbursed in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing, & other related fees, including those mandated by the government (excluding passport fees).
