Summary:

In this role, you will manage individual work efforts and projects to deliver insightful data analysis which may include strategic recommendations, effective project management, performance improvements, and/or technical or operational consulting expertise. You will be responsible for 340B support which may include remote management, compliance reviews, 340B relevant workflow and review of operations of clinic-administered medications in eligible locations.

Responsibilities:

Provide advanced interpretation of results, manipulating data to drive change, acts as a resource for less experienced consultants on data interpretation and storytelling.

Develop and execute project plans that meet project schedule, budget and expected value.

Facilitate member meetings and discussions; presents recommendations to senior leadership.

Identify possible upsell opportunities and discusses ideas with a more senior project team member.

Outline a plan for developing or improving products / services / tools / methods in functional area of focus.

Leverage team members to participate in the creation of intellectual capital, and shares example deliverables with colleagues.

Ensure that policies and procedures are developed and implemented according to organizational, state, and federal requirements and guidelines.

Analyze appropriateness of drug utilization in 340B eligible areas of the organization and makes recommendations for optimization of product selection and charge capture for 340B eligible medications.

Recommend 340B policies in accordance with state, federal, and system program requirements.

Develop and maintain internal relationships and external relationships (wholesalers, manufacturers, contract pharmacies, split-billing software vendors).

Qualifications:

Relevant degree preferred.

5 or more years of relevant experience.

Strong strategic, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities preferred.

Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Experience in healthcare is a plus.

Willingness to travel.

Estimated Hiring Range:At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $88,900.00 to $146,700.00.

This position is also incentive eligible.
