Robert Half has partnered with a corporate office for a retailer in search of a Sr. Accountant! The Sr. Accountant position is paying $75,000-$90,000 + $5,000 bonus! This role is also offering unlimited PTO and a great benefits package!

The Sr. Accountant will be responsible for the following:

• Maintain financial records in accordance with IRS rules and GAAP

• Apply ASC 842 to Operating and Finance Leases

• Record and maintain Fixed Assets for the company portfolio, including depreciation, acquisitions, disposals, and respective schedules

• Coordinate capital expenditure process and handle fixed assets subsidiary ledger accounting

• Prepare adjusting journal entries for the month-end close

• Prepare lease-related disclosures for financial statements

• Assist in the preparation of corporate income tax returns

Requirements for the Sr. Accountant include:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance

• 3+ years of full cycle accounting experience

• ASC 842 lease accounting experience
