Hazelden Betty Ford Foundation Research Data Collections Specialist in Center City, Minnesota
Responsibilities Coordinate the collection of outcomes data by telephone and email from current and former Hazelden Betty Ford Foundation patients and family members of former patients. This information is used by the Butler Center for Research (BCR) to inform routine healthcare operations and assist in quality improvement by providing metrics by which to measure patient care and organizational quality. Coordinate data collection through interviewing, data entry, and data management in accordance with established protocols to ensure efficient, consistent, and appropriate treatment of participants and data collected Work together with your colleagues and supervisor to continuously improve the current data collection processes and systems Notify responsible staff of any patient complaints, risk for reoccurrence of substance use, mental health needs, or requests for additional contact or information as communicated via the Viewpoint surveys or research questionnaires Qualifications Required: Bachelor's degree, in lieu of BA degree six years of related experience 3 years of customer care and customer relations experience Fluency and comfort with using computers and internet-based applications Preferred: Experience in conducting telephone interviews Experience in data collection for research projects Experience working with electronic health records and database applications Overview The Hazelden Betty Ford Foundation is the largest nonprofit addiction recovery organization in the United States.
