Civil Engineer

Job Description

The Civil Engineer will execute technical work assignments on municipal engineering projects individually or as part of a project team. They are seeking Engineers with all levels of experience, so tasks and responsibilities will vary depending on status of licensure and level of experience. This candidate should have an EIT, PE, or be close to obtaining it. The position could be in the Transportation Group or Water Resources Group.

Responsibilities

• Execute technical work assignments on municipal engineering projects.

• Work individually or as part of a project team.

• Handle aspects of Land Development, Water Resources, and Transportation.

• Perform tasks based on level of experience and licensure status.

• Participate in Construction inspection services, land surveying services, and construction management.

Essential Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering

• EIT/PE or close to obtaining it

• Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D

• 3 to 4+ years of professional experience

• Experience or interest in Water Resources or Transportation

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in Civil Engineering, Water, Wastewater, Land Development, AutoCAD, Revit, Designer, Civil 3D, Municipal Engineering, Transportation Engineering, Stormwater, Site development, Civil design, Drainage, Grading

• Interest in mentoring and training opportunities to grow professionally and obtain necessary certifications

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $45.00
