JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS: Penn State Lehigh Valley is seeking a part-time Sports Information Director.

Successful candidate will work approximately 20-24 hours per week and will be responsible for the following:

Sports Information Director Creating all content/management of website Social Media (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter) and photography Creation of all print/marketing materials Ensure statistics are submitted to conference and USCAA Nominate deserving student-athletes for conference, national, academic, etc.

Coordinate all Game Day Operations Attend all home games Ensure set up and break down of athletic venue Hire/Schedule/Supervise student work staff Conduct in-game statistics Oversee live streaming

Scheduling/Travel Compile all game schedules Track game contracts Aid coaches in scheduling Coordinate all van rentals and bus reservations Schedule team hotels as needed Schedule officials/refs

Additional: Oversee fitness center; hire and supervise student workers Organize intramural and workout programs for students
