Center for Growth and Potential Office Manager in CENTERVILLE, Utah

Center for Growth and Potential is currently seeking a highly organized and experienced Medical Office Manager to join our team. As the Medical Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our mental health office, ensuring efficient and effective management of administrative tasks.

As the Medical Office Manager you will be responsible for day-to-day operations. You should demonstrate excellent organizational skills and the ability to perform well in stressful situations. Our position requires knowledge of healthcare systems operations. Ultimately, you should be able to ensure steady workflow and uninterrupted service in our mental health facility.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage all aspects of office operations and administration
  • Supervise and provide guidance to administrative staff
  • Enforce office policies and procedures to maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records using electronic health record systems
  • Coordinate patient scheduling, including appointments, and follow-up visits
  • Handle patient inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure quality patient care and adherence to medical protocol
  • Serve as the main point of contact for all employees, providers, and business
  • Coordinate and manage appointments, meetings, and conferences
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Maintain a clean and organized office environment
  • Manage patient records and ensure accuracy and confidentiality
  • Coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure smooth workflow and efficient patient care
  • Monitor inventory levels of medical supplies and equipment, and place orders as needed
  • Collaborate with insurance companies to process claims and resolve billing issues
  • Conduct/Attend regular staff meetings to communicate updates, provide training, and address any issues or concerns
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field (preferred)
  • Proven experience in medical office management or healthcare administration
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in medical office management or a related field
  • Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and ability to ensure compliance within the office
  • Experience providing medical administrative support in a clinical setting
  • Strong knowledge of front desk operations and phone systems
  • Familiarity with medical office management practices is a plus
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to effectively manage a team and delegate tasks
