Description The Sr Manager of Facility Services is responsible for aligning policy and procedures across PSPH and PCH. They are responsible for assuring alignment of PSs within our CMMS for the SPS Service Area. This position is responsible for providing leadership and fostering a working environment that promotes teamwork and customer satisfaction. Ensure that the standards of service are met for the Facilities Services teams in a manner consistent with PHS mission and values. Accountable for the development and oversight of budgets for the Facility Engineering department. Facilitates the quality improvement programs and processes that support PHS values in an efficient manner with special attention to leveraging system improvement in addition to campus specific improvements. Provide support and direction to the planning and construction activities. Ensures the physical plant systems and equipment meet regulatory guidelines. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent educ/experience Upon hire: Certified Healthcare Facility Manager (CHFM) 5 years Healthcare Facilities Engineering and project management experience. 3 years Administrative experience in hospital administration or specialty field.
