Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Implementation Manager to join our team! In this role you will be responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of Parsons' ERP Implementation Program, including planning, execution, monitoring, controlling, and closing out projects related to ERP Systems upgrade & migration .

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Lead the planning and implementation of ERP projects.

  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.

  • Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents.

  • Lead a team of IT professionals to include system analysts, developers, and other technical staff involved in the implementation process

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including IT, finance and operations to ensure seamless integration of ERP systems

  • Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals.

  • Draft and submit budget proposals, recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary.

  • Plan, schedule, and track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables using appropriate tools.

  • monitor project progress and implement corrective actions when necessary to ensure successful project delivery

  • Conduct risk assessments; develop risk mitigation strategies.

  • Oversee the process of migrating data from old systems into the new ERP system while ensuring data integrity and accuracy

  • Coordinate testing phase to identify bugs or issues within the system before it goes live. This includes unit testing, integration testing, performance testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT)

  • Implement strategies for managing change among employees who will be affected by the new system; this includes communicating effectively about changes coming their way due to ERP implementation

  • Facilitate change management processes throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Train and mentor team members on ERP best practices and project management methodologies.

  • provide support during the “go-live” phase when the ERP system is officially launched; addressing any immediate issues that arise during this critical phase

  • provide post-implementation support and address any issues or concerns raised by internal stakeholders and make sure milestones are met

  • Work with IT SMEs to help identify tool gaps and dependencies and ensure delivery capabilities are in alignment with expected plans

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration or related field.

  • Minimum 5 years of ERP implementation experience, with proven track record of managing and delivering two full lifecycle ERP implementations, involving Deltek/Costpoint required.

  • Have a background in Cloud services, Software as A Service (SAAS) hosted applications and migrations from On-Premises to Cloud platforms

  • Have a good understanding of contract management to hold systems integrators/vendors accountable for negotiated deliverables and timelines

  • Strong understanding of business processes related to finance/accounting, HR/payroll systems etc., within large-scale organizations

  • Excellent leadership skills with experience leading cross-functional teams

  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail

  • Exceptional communication skills – both written & verbal

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight

What Desired Skills You'll Bring:

  • PMP or equivalent certification is highly desirable

  • Master’s degree preferred.

Salary Range:

$117,000.00 - $210,600.00
