Job Description:

The vacancy supports the Office of the Deputy Undersecretary of the Air Force, International Affairs, Armaments Cooperation Division, in its mission to develop and enhance international relationships through strategic cooperative partnerships that leverage global expertise and resources to improve U.S. and partner defense capability, capacity, and interoperability.

What you will be doing:

• The incumbent will assist the government in the development, coordination, negotiation, and execution of international agreements including Memoranda of Agreement/Understanding (MOU/MOA), Project Agreement/Arrangements (PA), Information or Data Exchange Annexes (IEAs or DEAs), Terms of Reference (TOR), and Loan Agreements.

• The incumbent will draft associated documentation, including Summary Statements of Intent (SSOI), and staff Request for Authority to Develop and Negotiate (RAD) and Request for Final Authority to Conclude (RFA) through the Headquarters Air Force and Department of Defense.

• The incumbent will also represent SAF/IAPC in bilateral and multilateral meetings, liaise with USAF programs to identify cooperative opportunities, and provide recommendations to inform USAF strategies for engagement with Allies and Partners.

Required:

• 5+ years experience

• Bachelors degree

• Active TS Security Clearance

Top Secret

Salary Range:

$83,300.00 - $145,800.00
