Description

IT Support Specialist that will be responsible for troubleshooting tier I/II issues for Windows and MACs, while also administering Active Directory, O365 and troubleshooting software/hardware issues that arise.

Pay Rate: $30-32/hr.

Requirements

Must Haves:

• Windows/MAC (some exposure)

• Azure (AD)

• O365/Outlook

• VoIP

Notes from Manager:

• Working alongside the manager, providing support for 80 end users on site and remote users as well

• Windows, some MAC (familiarity with iOS, Android)

• Roll Outs/Projects (will train)

• Ability to provide support for 100 End users

• Experience with Azure Active Directory/O365/Outlook

• Will be Onboarding/Set-up of workstations and applications for end users

• Provide White-glove support

• Ring Central/VoIP troubleshooting and supporting

• Access Points/Switches – knowledge base on how to report issues or light troubleshooting

• Switching/Routing, network backbone knowledge

• Break/Fix from time to time

• Fundamental understating of network systems

• Salesforce a PLUS
