Job Details:

• Position: CNC Operator

• Shifts Available: All shifts

• Pay Rate: $18-$23 per hour (based on experience)

• Locations: Shippensburg, Chambersburg, Greencastle, Waynesboro, Mercersburg

work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM

education: No Degree Required

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machines to perform tasks such as drilling, milling, and cutting.

• Load materials, adjust machine settings, and monitor operations to ensure quality production.

• Interpret blueprints, schematics, and manuals to determine machine settings and adjustments.

• Inspect machined parts for defects and make adjustments as necessary.

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a CNC Operator or similar role.

• Knowledge of CNC programming and tooling.

• Ability to use precision measuring instruments (e.g., micrometers, calipers).

• strong attention to detail and quality standards.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

The essential functions of this role include:

• manual lifting up to 50lbs

• standing for 10 hours at one time
