Our great north metro client is seeking a dedicated and proactive Customer Service Specialist to join their team. This exciting role involves serving as a crucial interface and essential resource for their clients. The successful candidate will be providing essential support to the sales team, resolving customer inquiries, processing requests, preparing price quotes, and identifying sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the sales team to exceed customer service expectations.

• Provide accurate and timely information to clients.

• Work with customer on preparing price quotations.

• Build and maintain professional and friendly relationships with customers.

• Calculate prices, shipping costs, discounts, and sales margins.

Candidate Requirements:

• A College degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience within a customer service role.

• Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with ERP software.

• Detail-oriented and results-driven with the ability to meet deadlines.

• AA or BS/BA in Business or related field preferred

• Quality experience with CRM

• Microsoft Office experience

• Knowledge of customer service

• Order entry experience

• Earlier work involving Customer Quotes
