Fortive Corporation Data Technician in Chandler, Arizona

Responsibilities:

As a Data Technician you can expect to be our go-to for driving continuous improvement in the data and records process.

· Will leverage your attention to detail and organizational skills to maintain Quality sales order files and records to ensure accuracy.

· Your ability to produce accurate documents will be essential in the team’s success.

· Responsible for scanning and archiving records/data and assisting with the maintenance of the archiving log and purging of data (as needed).

· Compile supplier certificates of conformance for the First Article Inspection (FAI) package.

· Verification of specific data needed for FAI packages.

· Review completed data pack and to distribute lot completion (electronically).

· Responsible for creating Certificate of Conformance, Product Data Cards, and other documents to support customer shipments (as required).

· Must also copy various data for distribution to Contracts and the Shipping Department and prepare Ammunition Data Cards.

· Archive Sales Order Closeouts and file miscellaneous documents.

· Deliver/collect data as needed from different locations within site.

· Support Customer Quality Engineers with tasks as assigned.

· Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

· Attention to detail, organizing and maintaining files.

· Ability to produce accurate documents.

· Shows initiative in gaining in-depth experience in areas of technology relevant to company products.

· Works well in a team environment and alone.

· Ability to adapt to the changing needs of a project and meet deadlines.

· Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

· Must be 18 years of age.

Education and Experience:

· High school diploma or equivalent required.

· 1-3 Years of Manufacturing experience preferred.
