Job Description

• Responsible for assisting in the installation and support of the Yarbrough Watlow Heating Solutions at Intel. The job entails installing the wrapping of heat trace material on process lines such as vacuum pipes, exhaust, and gas lines that hook up to the tools in Fab 42. Responsibilities include tool installation for semiconductor equipment, running wire, troubleshooting basic electrical issues, and handling equipment during the installation process. Additionally, you will perform insulation installation and inspect the application of another tape over trace material to insulate and wire up the pipe. The material used is a silicone-based flexible tape that acts as a heater on the pipes, wrapped like candy cane stripes. This wrap keeps condensation off the lines to prevent particulate buildup. The role requires crawling into small spaces for installation, troubleshooting, and startup tasks.

• This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6+ Month(s).

Work Site

• This is a fully on-site position in Chandler, Arizona.

Work Environment

• Working onsite at Intel in Chandler. 30% in the fab down and 70% in the sub fab. Anticipate staying on contract for 6-9+ months before converting to a full-time position.
