Compensation and Schedule for the Medical Assistant Medical Assistant – Full-time, onsite, $19.50-$23 per hour, Monday, Wednesday, Friday, 8:00am to 5:30pm, Tuesday and Thursday, 9:00am to 6:15pm. Great opportunity for a recent graduate to break into the allergy specialty! Required Qualifications of the Medical Assistant - 1+ year of recent medical assistant experience required - 3+ years of recent medical assistant experience preferred - Family Medicine or Urgent Care experience preferred - Medical Assistant diploma or certificate required - High school diploma or GED required - Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen Responsibilities of the Medical Assistant - Room patients - Obtain vitals - Administer injections, blood draws, and medications - Monitor patient progress - Cross-train in triage / back office and allergy lab About the Company As one of the leading centers for the diagnosis and treatment of asthma, allergy, immunodeficiencies, and other respiratory issues, this company’s mission is to foster a comprehensive community dedicated to providing patients with solutions to help them breathe easier.
