Randstad Strategic Accounts is looking for a business professional with a knowledge and proficiency working in the banking industry. We have a role that we are looking to fill for a contract position with a top tier bank in the financial industry. salary: $30 - $33 per hour

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities

Project Details:

Implement e-bill express system. Product focused role (day to day): take ACH and card payments (credit or debit), build online payment sites where people can go in and make their payments, build a payment site with their logo, make their invoice, etc.

Team Details:

• Small team, 6 people, implementations have increased in the last year - hoping to build to a staff of 10 for the ebill project.

Day to day:

• 10-14 implementations/customers that they are implementing with ebill express.

• May meet with some customers, a sales partner, etc. implementing/implementation tracking tool to update and track notes.

• Receive the implementation, reach out to introduce themselves, set up time for the kick off meeting, review statement of work, review timeline, set up weekly meeting for 5 weeks before the site goes live.

Qualifications:

• Project management experience

• Electronic payments experience, specifically with ACH and card payments

• Good communication skills

• Experience working in all levels of a company, may work with w bookkeeper, work with all levels of the sales team

• Technical aptitude: have to build and configure the site (just checking the boxes, not writing the code)
